Michigan Central Station 2001		Part of the illustrations for Images in Stone. Detroit - The First 300 Years. Designed by Warren & Whetmore as New York's Grand Central Station. This $15-million Beaux Arts Classic opened in 1913. Its last train left the Station on Jan. 6, 1988. Since then the building has been left to decay.

Detroit Boat Club 2005		Part of the illustrations for 'Images in Stone. Detroit - The First 300 Years'. The Detroit Boat Club, founded in 1839 is the oldest rowing club in America. Its building on Belle Isle from 1902, might well be the oldest concrete structure in America.

Piquette Plant, Detroit 2005		Part of the illustrations of 'Images in Stone. Detroit -The First 300 Years'. This drawing features the Piquette Plant, built in 1904. The Piquette Plant is the second plant of Henry Ford and the birthplace of the Ford Model T, who's construction began in 1906.

The Book Cadillac Hotel designed by architect Louis Kamper and completed in 1924 was the showstopper of the fashionably chic district Detroit's. The building is now empty and decaying, even though there are initiatives to restore the hotel.
